BBQ Competition
The Rocket City BBQ Cook-Off and WhistleStop Festival is sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society. Sanctioning insures that a high standard of judging criteria is used to determine our winners.
KCBS
The KCBS division is for the pros. Put your skills to the test and see if you can win the $3000 grand prize. Categories include Pork, Pork Ribs, Chicken, Beef Brisket, and Dessert.
ShadeTree
The ShadeTree division is for the weekend barbeque warriors. Space is limited, so get your entries in as soon as possible.

Online registration is now open for our new People’s Choice Awards competition and our Kids Q competition. Only the first 30 for each get in so hurry.
