Holiday Inn – Huntsville Downtown is the closest hotel to the event and we are proud to be a sponsor and host hotel for the 2009 Rocket City BBQ.
A block of rooms has been set aside for participants and attendees from April 28th through May 2nd. The discounted rate is $71double or $81 king per room per night. Please make your reservations by April 7 before rooms are gone!
To make your reservation online simply access our reservation website, enter the dates of your stay and type SBB in the group code box to ensure your guaranteed rate of $71. If you prefer to call the hotel direct during normal business hours dial 256-533-1400 and ask for in house group reservations. Reservations may also be made by calling our national central reservations line at 1800 Holiday (465- 4329).
When calling in reservations be sure to mention that you need reservations for the “Rocket City BBQ” which has a special rate block under the group code “SBB”.
Although the site of the event is within walking distance the hotel vans will be offering complimentary shuttle service to and from the event each day.
